Already have floorplans from another architect? Or plans you purchased online? We can price them — even if they're incomplete.
We handle the details so you don't have to:
- If your plans need structural engineering, our structural engineer steps in to prepare them for permitting and ensure the home is built to the highest standards.
- If you purchased plans online that are missing critical information (lumber counts, etc.), our architect and structural engineer can redraw them from scratch with any modifications needed, then price the home accurately.
- Important: If you're looking at plans online but haven't purchased them yet, we strongly recommend not buying them. Most online plans will need to be redrawn to meet local Virginia codes and often require an architectural stamp for permitting. We can handle the entire process for you from the start and save you time and money.
